Picture Perfect Creations # 62 - Runner Up

WOW! It must by my week. I was a runner up this week at Picture Perfect Creations for color challenge # 62. The link to their winner post is here and the link to my original blog post is here. I really loved how this card turned out so I am really excited I was choosen. Maybe my third card for PPC will be a Grand Winner!!!

WOW! I am so excited that my card was chosen as a runner up at Picture Perfect Creations. I had been in a card making slump for a while and these challenges have really gotten my ideas flowing. Wonderful Friend ~ PPC - CC#62

After creating my last card the idea for this one came to me very easy. I copied the layout from a shutter card I made not that long ago. I didn't want to make an entire shutter card, but I love the layout of the front of the card so I copied that. Picture Perfect Creations challenge this week had us using the following:

The stamp set I used for this card was to Have and to Hold and the sentiment came from All Holidays. I can easily see myself making more of these cards and even a full shutter card with this color combo. I hope you enjoy.

PPC Color Challenge #61

This challenge from Picture Perfect Creations was a little tough for me. I hardly ever use Cajum Craze. Heck I only had two sheets of paper in that color and was afraid to use them for fear I'd mess something up and not be able to redo. lol So here are the colors for the PPC CC:

I used Eastern Bloom and Live Laugh Love Stampin' Up! stamp sets. I also added in some very vanilla to my card. I like how it turned out once I was done.

PS - sorry about the quality of the pic. Not sure why the color isn't so bright and the picture is a little fuzzy on this one. :(
